AI & Automation for B2B SaaS

Your growth targets are outpacing what your team can manually run.

The AI and automation partner that works inside your sales and marketing team.

What prevents growth

Your goals grow faster than you can hire.

So marketing, sales, and customer success run on manual fixes and tools that don't talk to each other. None of it grows with your revenue.

Pipeline stuck at headcount

You can't hire reps fast enough, so outbound stays slow and uneven. Every new pipeline goal turns into a hiring plan, not a growth plan.

Messy, split-up data

Leads come from forms, events, product signups, and data tools. They end up duplicated, half empty, or sent to no one. Forecasts, attribution, and speed to lead all suffer.

Money lost at every handoff

Deals stall between marketing and sales, then again between sales and onboarding. Details get lost, customers wait longer to see value, and revenue you paid to win slips away.

Churn you can't explain

You often see churn risk only at renewal, when it's too late to act. Without a clear view of usage, keeping and growing customers is guesswork.

Your team is good. Your systems just weren't built to grow with your plan.

What it's actually costing you

What manual work is costing you

Stalled Growth

Pipeline and content only grow as fast as you hire. Your plan hits a ceiling the market doesn't have.

Revenue Leakage

Customers you paid to win get lost at handoffs and renewals.

Blind Decisions

Forecasts and priorities rely on messy data spread across your CRM, product, billing, and support tools.

Not a tooling problem

Tools aren't the problem.

Having tools doesn't mean getting results.

Most teams already want to use AI. They get stuck because owning tools, knowing what to automate, and keeping it working six months later are three very different jobs.

Shortcuts break, and hiring is slow.

Templates and slick demos fall apart on real data and odd cases. Building the skills in-house means hiring a full automation team. That is slow, costly, and burns months of runway before one workflow goes live.

Introducing Blueprint Strategy

We build AI systems that run on their own, so your team grows pipeline, not headcount.

Dozens of agents, one connected system. We build a team of AI agents and workflows that supports sales and marketing from start to finish: finding leads, outreach, routing, handoffs, and keeping customers. Your team gets more done without hiring more people.

Works with what you already use. Nothing new to learn and no tool swap. It runs inside your CRM, product, and billing tools, so it works from day one.

What We Will Build

A fully automated sales and marketing system that backs your goals.

Every signal is cleaned up, scored, and sent to the right place through one central layer. Then the right agent team takes over, from first touch to closed deal to upsell.

Four Agent Teams, One System

Operations Team

The brain of the system. Every other agent reads from and writes to what Operations keeps up to date.

Marketing Team

Finds insights, spreads your message, and helps it reach further. It never writes original content on its own, so you don't get generic AI filler.

Sales Team

Full lifecycle, inbound and outbound, from first signal to handoff and expansion.

Analytics

Creates reports and uses data to optimize flows.

A Fully Realized Blueprint: What Your Revenue Engine Could Look Like

Imagine dozens of agents, one connected system, compounding every quarter.

Triggers Reads or writes data

In production every trigger passes through the Orchestrator. Lines show the logical source and target.

The outcome

Three results, tied directly to where you're stuck today.

Capacity Reclaimed

Your team executes at the scale of the target, not the size of the team.

One Unified System

CRM, product, and billing connected under one layer, instead of disconnected tools.

Systems You Own

Documented systems that keep running and improving after the engagement ends, not dependent on one outside person.

Why Blueprint Strategy?

A partner, not an agency.

Blueprint Strategy is one senior GTM and automation partner, not a bench of juniors learning on your account. 10+ years building marketing automation, CRM, and AI systems, including leading global marketing automation and AI teams at HubSpot and MKS Instruments, plus automation projects with Google and IBM.

You get senior expertise embedded in your team without the cost, time, and hiring risk of a full-time role, from someone who's built the system before, not someone learning it on your dime.

Lead Routing Engine

MKS Instruments

Lead response time from 11 days to under 4 hours

MKS Instruments sold semiconductor equipment through direct sales and 80+ regional distributors worldwide. Inbound leads from trade shows, the website, and campaigns sat in a shared inbox and spreadsheet before being forwarded by hand, sometimes for over a week, while competitors engaged the account first. I led the build of a routing engine inside the CRM that matches each lead to the right territory and distributor within minutes, sends high-intent leads straight to the internal sales team with an SLA timer, and escalates anything unclaimed after 24 hours.

Series A B2B SaaS Company

18 hours to first contact, down to 10 minutes

A Series A B2B SaaS company received 150-200 inbound leads a week through forms, chat, and content downloads, with two SDRs reading every submission by hand. Leads waited 12-24 hours for first contact, and the hottest ones got lost in the queue. We built an agent that enriches each new lead, scores it against the ICP, alerts the right SDR within minutes with a short brief, and routes lower-fit leads into nurture.

How We Work

Built with your team, not handed to it.

01

Discovery Call & Roadmapping

We start with a call to understand your goals, stack, and where the biggest gaps are. If we're the right fit, we walk you through a tailored proposal and scope.

02

Embedded With Your Team

We work inside your team for months, building custom workflows and agents around how you actually operate, with the least possible disruption to what's already running.

03

Built to Last, Not Rushed

Good automation isn't cookie cutter. It takes months of building and testing against real data, which is why partnerships run up to 12 months depending on the complexity of the build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions, answered.

Integration is connecting two tools. Automation is bigger: it's building an entire process that runs on its own, and integration is just one piece of that.

n8n is our default, but the platform depends on your needs and existing stack.

No. The goal is to integrate with your existing stack with as little disruption as possible.

It depends on scope. For full automated systems with real ROI, we recommend 6 to 12 months, since that means working closely with your team and tools. Smaller, single-process automations can go live in 2 to 8 weeks, depending on how quickly your team can grant access and approvals.

For large-scale, embedded work, we charge €3,500/month as a contractor partner working directly with your team. Smaller projects are priced by scope.

Both. We use whichever fits the problem.

Your choice: a retainer where we maintain and update them, or full handoff with documentation so your team can run them independently.

Everything is built in your environment and owned by you. For smaller projects, we sometimes build and host on our own environment instead, with a yearly retainer to maintain it.

Best fit is 30 to 150 employees, across sales and marketing teams. The strategy is built around your current operations, so there's no fixed team-size requirement beyond that range.

We'd start with a discovery call to map your current operations, identify the highest-impact automation opportunities, and scope the project from there. Whether that turns into a full 6-12 month build or a smaller targeted automation depends on what we find.
